We're committed to fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning, where our team members can grow and thrive. **Key Responsibilities** As an experienced full stack data analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business outcomes through data-driven insights. Your key responsibilities will include: * **Performance Analytics and Forecasting**: Conduct forecasting, ad-hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions. Analyze agent performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations. * **Measurement and Analytics**: Leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to analyze behavior and build/preserve reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to answer business questions with sound quantitative analysis and reproducible results. * **Data Storytelling**: Build compelling stories with data, using visualizations and presentations to communicate insights to senior leadership and stakeholders. * **Review and Document Management**: Build, maintain, audit, and optimize reviews and documents used to system multiple programs. Manage packages essential to the business operation correctly under strict timelines. **Essential Qualifications & Skills** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience** in forecasting and analytics, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. * **Experience with time series forecasting techniques** and modeling using machine learning or deep learning techniques. * **Proficiency in Python**, with experience in data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization. * **Proactive curiosity** to understand the "why" behind performance, decisions, and other business outcomes. * **Strong analytical skills**, with the ability to observe through tasks and complete projects on time. * **Effective verbal, written, and visual communication skills**, with the ability to present complex insights to non-technical stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications will be highly valued: * **Solid experience in statistical inference** and applying statistical rigor to analyses. * **Knowledge of data visualization best practices** and experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI. * **Excellent SQL skills**, with experience in data modeling and querying. * **Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of experience** in analytics or data science. **Education** A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science, is required. **Compensation and Benefits** arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, bonus, and long-term incentive devices.
