**Contractual Relationship**
As a 1099 contractor with arenaflex, you'll be considered an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. This means you'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and other expenses. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us.
**Compensation and Benefits**
As a 1099 contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour, with pay determined by your phone call status when assisting customers. You'll also have access to additional incentives based on client and performance metrics.
