Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our remote workforce as Customer Service Representatives and Data Entry Specialists. This hybrid role blends high‑impact customer interaction with precise data management, supporting a variety of logistics, transportation, and automotive dispatch initiatives. The successful candidate will serve as a critical liaison between clients, program coordinators, and internal teams, ensuring that information flows smoothly, issues are resolved promptly, and operational targets are consistently met.

This position runs from April 2025 through September 2025 on a contract basis, offering a competitive hourly rate of $17–$18 (W‑2). While the role is 100 % remote, candidates must reside within the Mountain or Pacific Time Zones, specifically in one of the following locations:

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, answering client inquiries, providing status updates, and troubleshooting issues related to logistics, transportation, and automotive dispatch.
  • Accurately enter, validate, and maintain data across multiple platforms, including AS400, Salesforce, Excel, Outlook, AIMS, and MySC.
  • Generate and distribute internal and client‑facing reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring timeliness and compliance with established standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Program Coordinators to flag discrepancies, resolve data inconsistencies, and communicate operational challenges.
  • Support the coordination of shipment schedules, broker communications, and auction processes, drawing on experience in brokerage, automotive dispatch, or auto auction environments.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of supply chain and logistics best practices, applying this insight to improve service delivery and data integrity.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc project work, such as process documentation, workflow optimization, and the implementation of new technology tools.
  • Adhere to arenaflex’s security and privacy policies, ensuring that all customer and company information is protected and handled responsibly.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in a customer service, call‑center, or data entry role.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining a courteous, solutions‑focused demeanor.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, client‑friendly language.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proven track record of delivering error‑free data entry work.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection, a dedicated home office space, and a headset meeting professional standards.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to provide required documentation for W‑2 employment.

  • Hands‑on experience with AS400 or similar ERP systems.
  • Background in transportation logistics, freight brokerage, or automotive dispatch.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, AIMS, MySC, or other CRM/IMS platforms.

  • Previous work in a remote setting, demonstrating self‑discipline and effective time management.
