We are looking for a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team on the 3 PM – 7 PM Central Time (CT) shift. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our information flow, ensuring that every transaction, employee record, and operational detail is captured, verified, and stored with the highest level of precision. Your work will directly support the efficiency of our sales floors, the reliability of our reporting systems, and the overall success of arenaflex’s mission to create friction‑less experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter work‑related data into arenaflex’s centralized computer systems and POS terminals with speed and 99.9% accuracy.
  • Locate, retrieve, and update information in multiple databases to respond promptly to internal inquiries and external audits.
  • Transmit electronic documents and data files securely using arenaflex‑approved channels and encryption protocols.
  • Visually verify information from paper forms, scanned images, and digital feeds, ensuring completeness and correctness before final entry.
  • Operate standard office equipment—including telephones, multifunction printers, fax machines, and scanners—while adhering to best‑practice maintenance procedures.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary data, adhering to arenaflex’s data‑privacy policies and industry‑standard security guidelines.
  • Prepare, proofread, and finalize written documents such as internal memos, transaction logs, and compliance reports.
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues across departments, acting as a reliable point of contact for data‑related questions.
  • Monitor quality standards, flagging any discrepancies and proposing corrective actions in line with arenaflex’s continuous‑improvement framework.

Essential Qualifications
