Position Overview We are looking for equities traders for a performance-based role within our proprietary firm. You will trade stocks and options with firm capital, earning a significant share of your profits while having access to advanced analytics, real-time data, and professional mentorship. Location: Philadelphia, PA (Remote) Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute options strategies including directional, spread, and volatility plays • Analyze implied volatility, Greeks, and options pricing models to identify opportunities • Manage multi-leg options positions with disciplined risk protocols • Monitor and adjust open positions based on market conditions and Greeks changes • Maintain detailed logs of all options trades and strategy rationale • Optionally collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth Required Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in active options or forex trading • Genuine understanding of financial markets and trading mechanics • Ability to manage risk, follow rules, and maintain composure under pressure • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire for continuous improvement • Dependable computer hardware and a stable internet connection • Experience with charting or analytical software is a plus Position Details • Independent contractor role (1099) with performance-based incentives • Profit-sharing structure with splits increasing from 65% up to 90% • Starting capital allocation of up to $50,000, scalable to $500,000+ • Fully remote work with flexible hours tailored to your schedule • Capital increases available as frequently as every two months based on results • Additional opportunities for advancement discussed during interviews Our Work Culture We believe in empowering traders to take ownership of their performance.
