Phone-Based Closing Specialist – Remote High-Ticket Sales (Evening & Weekend Shift)

The deets: • $36K base (because bills exist) + uncapped commissions • Work evenings and weekends (rotating schedule so you get consistent days off) • Pre-set appointments + live transfers (no cold calling, ever) • Full benefits, 401(k) match, the whole package • Average team earnings: $100K+. What you need to bring: • 2+ years closing high-ticket B2C deals over the phone • CRM skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) • Proof you can close programs worth $3K+ • The discipline to work remote without falling apart This isn't for everyone. Hours: Your Schedule (MST): • Mon–Thu: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM • Fri: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Sat–Sun: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage. If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off. • You’ll work a 5-day schedule, never more than five days in a row, with two consecutive days off each week. • You’ll keep your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls. You’ll typically have 25–35 hours of booked talk time per week, each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns into 11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers. When not on a call, your time is flexible — you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer.
