The Position: TALL GRL is looking for a highly experienced fitness & nutrition coach with 2+ years minimum experience in the 1:1 online coaching space. We are looking for a coach who is >5’8” and can relate to the tall girl experience, is charismatic, resourceful, and well versed in walking clients through a total transformation in their fitness journey. Requirements: • You have to care about clients beyond the numbers and be willing to figure it out if you don’t know the answer to a client’s problem. • You should be skilled in relationship building, motivational interviewing, and other qualities that make a great coach. • You must have a desire for team collaboration. • You must be leading by example and walk the walk in your own fitness journey. • High level of integrity! We operate within evidence-based principles. • Ability to attend weekly meetings and assist in producing educational content for current clients (with guidance & tools). • Must have at least 3 relevant certifications and/or degrees in the field. • Preferred, But Not Required: Must be a registered dietitian Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
