Technical Sales Specialist – Account Executive Location: REMOTE – Eastern or Central Time Zone ONLY Travel: Domestic occasionally Direct Hire Our client is defining the Manufacturing Optimization Solution market category with an AI-powered platform that enables manufacturers to increase output, reduce waste, and modernize for the AI economy. As a Technical Sales Specialist – Account Executive, you will own your territory, drive complex enterprise deals, and translate AI innovation into measurable business outcomes. Role Responsibilities Territory & Revenue Ownership • Own and execute a comprehensive territory and account plan • Drive revenue growth and market share within a defined territory • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and activity targets • Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities • Identify, prioritize, and penetrate key manufacturing verticals Full-Cycle Enterprise Sales • Manage full sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and renewals • Qualify and quantify complex opportunities using structured sales methodologies • Develop and articulate compelling value propositions tied to measurable business outcomes • Convert marketing-generated leads into active sales opportunities • Accelerate customer adoption and drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities Strategic Relationship Management • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across IT, OT, plant operations, and executive leadership • Lead commercially sound and technically engaging customer conversations • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and implementation process • Represent DataQI at industry events and through professional networking channels Collaboration & Market Leadership • Partner with marketing and leadership to influence lead generation strategies and campaign execution • Stay engaged during implementation phases to drive services revenue and long-term account growth • Contribute insights and ideas to continuously improve commercial strategy and execution Required Skills and Experience • 8–10+ years of experience in a dedicated, quota-carrying enterprise software sales role • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals • Experience selling enterprise solutions within manufacturing organizations • Strong network of decision-makers across IT, OT (Operational Technology), and plant leadership • Demonstrated ability to manage full enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to renewal • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills • Executive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities • Strategic territory planning and forecasting experience • Familiarity with CRM platforms and pipeline management • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated success in enterprise sales • Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work Preferred Experience • Experience selling AI, Generative AI (GAI), Machine Learning (ML), Agent systems, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), or Data & Analytics platforms • Proven success utilizing the MEDDPICC sales methodology • Experience selling solutions related to manufacturing use cases such as: • Predictive maintenance • Waste reduction Remote Skills: Alliance/Partner Management, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Automation, Campaigns, Communication Skills, Consultative Sales, Continuous Improvement, Contract Negotiation, Cross-Selling, Customer Acquisition, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Satisfaction, Data Analysis, Enterprise Applications, Enterprise Sales, Establish Priorities, Exceeded Sales Goal, Forecasting, Internet of Things, Lead Generation, Leadership, Machine Learning, Manufacturing, Market Share, Marketing, Negotiation Skills, Productivity Management, Relationship Management, Revenue Growth, Revenue Planning, Revenue/Sales Reporting, Sales, Sales Cycle, Sales Management, Sales Pipeline, Sales Prospecting, Software Sales, Solution Sales, Strategic Planning, Technical Sales, Up-Selling, Use Cases About the Company: Central Point Partners, LLC Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
