Truck Dispatcher – Dispatcher | Dispatcher101 Certification Needed | Fully Remote

About Us: Avaron Capital (Avaron Investments LLC) is a growing logistics and transportation services company focused on reliability, efficiency, and a high standard of service for our carrier partners. We are expanding our dispatch operations and are seeking skilled Truck Dispatchers who can confidently manage daily load coordination, driver support, and broker communication. Position Overview: The Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for booking freight, negotiating rates, coordinating driver schedules, and overseeing loads from pickup to delivery. This is a fully remote position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Important Requirement: To be considered for this position, you must hold a Dispatcher101.com Truck Dispatching Certification or equivalent recognized dispatcher training certification. Responsibilities: • Secure loads for drivers using load boards, broker relationships, and internal routing strategies. • Negotiate rates with brokers and/or shippers to maximize profitability. • Manage driver schedules, routing, and daily check-ins. • Monitor loads from pickup through delivery; resolve delays or issues as they arise. • Communicate professionally with drivers, carriers, and brokers. • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and delivery confirmations. • Ensure full compliance with company procedures and industry regulations. Qualifications: • Dispatcher101.com Certification or equivalent dispatcher training (Required). • Prior experience in dispatching, customer service, logistics coordination, or related field is preferred. • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). • Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure. • Proficiency with computers, load boards, spreadsheets, and web-based dispatching tools. • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
