Position Description CTS is an online, aviation, and safety training provider searching for an E-Learning Specialist to join our Content Development Team. Strong computer skills and a basic knowledge of Adobe design tools is a must. The candidate should have a working knowledge of the elements of design and possess a strong attention to detail. Candidate Qualifications • Understanding of web browsers and platforms for HTML content • Basic skills in the use of HTML, CSS, and Javascript • Knowledge in digital content development using Illustrator and Photoshop • Display strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Professional-level design aesthetic in multimedia work • Ability to work collaboratively on a creative team • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills Job Functions • Design and develop assets used to develop online multimedia training programs • Develop creative solutions to address complex design challenges • Work collaboratively with subject matter experts and technical writers to address training requirements • Manage assigned projects, meet deadlines, and participate in team meetings • Document project processes and time management on each project • Additional duties as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Flexible schedule • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Paid time off Work Location: In person
