Plan Manager- Full Service TEM

Oversee plan design, implementation, and maintenance. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Collaborate with various departments and team members to efficiently manage telecom expenses. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding telecom expense management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of telecom expenses and related processes. Conduct regular audits and analysis of telecom expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to optimize telecom expenses and improve overall efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to telecom expense management. Train and mentor team members on telecom expense management processes and procedures. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to telecom expense management. Provide recommendations for cost-saving measures and process improvements. Ensure timely and accurate payment of telecom expenses. Communicate with telecom service providers to negotiate contracts and resolve billing discrepancies. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting of telecom expenses. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information. Adhere to company policies and procedures and comply with all regulatory requirements. Attend training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to telecom expense management.
