[Remote] Project Manager – PMO - US Based

They are seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations of functional and technical solutions across a diverse client portfolio, ensuring successful project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction. Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations • Align implementation strategies with client business objectives • Track cost and schedule performance and apply analytical forecasting to identify trends and risks • Manage full project lifecycle from initiation through closeout • Serve as the primary client point of contact • Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting • Ensure alignment of project deliverables with contractual and business expectations • Lead cross-functional teams including functional leads, technical consultants, and subject matter experts • Foster collaboration, accountability, and high-performance team culture • Make independent decisions and strategic recommendations • Monitor team performance and address performance gaps • Implement effective communication tools and KPI reporting structures • Manage conflict resolution within the team and with client stakeholders • Drive organizational change management initiatives • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks • Proactively resolve issues to maintain project timelines and quality standards Skills • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred) • 10+ years of Project Management experience, including: Leading Transformation Projects, Implementing Project-Based ERP and/or Project Control Systems, Deep understanding of application ecosystems • PMP certification • Proven Agile project management experience • Hands-on experience with tools such as: Microsoft Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills • Strong ability to navigate complex organizational structures • Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies and tools • Master's degree Benefits • Paid Time Off • Health Insurance • HSA • Dental • Vision • Life & Disability • 401(k) • FSA Company Overview • Broadpin (Formerly Project Partners) is a full-service project technology and management consulting agency specializing in helping organizations deliver excellence across their technology lifecycles, from start to finish, on time and within budget.
