**Experienced Customer Service Manager – Retail Environment**

**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing world-class service to customers, engaging collaboratively with employees, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience
* Managing lottery machines, issuing gift cards, selling stamps, and maintaining the bottle return room (where applicable)
* Administering the Shopper's Club program, checking out customers as necessary, performing refunds and exchanges
* Adhering to and upholding arenaflex policies, procedures, and guidelines
* Quickly identifying and providing solutions or resources to assist customers
* Managing employee performance and development by providing resources, training, and feedback

**Requirements**
* 1 or more years of work experience
* Computer skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
