The preferred candidates will have a record of achievement, have experience taking/defending depositions, and some trial experience. Requirements • An attorney who is determined, professional, well-informed, knowledgeable, attentive, and proactive, and clear in communication. • 4 – 8 years of active litigation experience in commercial, construction, and/or real estate litigation in Colorado state courts. • Aptitude and experience to plan and accomplish goals with efficiency and creativity, while working with a supervising partner or senior attorney. • A professional with a proven record of problem solving capabilities. • Excellent writing skills coupled with strong analytical skills and the ability to formulate, consider, and evaluate potential solutions and to execute on chosen strategies. • Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school. • Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado (licensed in CA is a plus) • Team player with a "no task too small" attitude. Nice-to-haves • experience taking/defending depositions • some trial experience • licensed in CA Benefits • Salary Range - $140,000 - $160,000 (depending on experience) • Quarterly Bonus Potential - from 3% to 16% of total realized revenue with no billable hour requirements.
