Remote Pre-Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff Personal Injury)

Position Title: Remote Pre-Litigation Attorney The Pre-Litigation Attorney plays a crucial role in managing personal injury cases prior to litigation. This position requires a strong understanding of negotiation and settlement processes, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients. The attorney will handle a significant caseload, ensuring that each case is resolved favorably and efficiently. The fast-paced environment demands organization and multitasking skills to meet monthly goals. Remote Pre-Litigation Attorney Responsibilities: • Communicating with clients to learn about their legal needs and providing them with advice • Developing strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients • Explaining legal options to clients and bringing possible outcomes or threats to their attention • Building relationships with clients based on trust • Preparing legal documents accurately and promptly • Staying informed about current legislation, especially concerning legal specialties • Finding ethical solutions to legal matters Remote Pre-Litigation Attorney Requirements: • At least 2 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience | 3 years preferred • Plaintiff experience • Negotiation and settlement experience • Leadership experience is preferred • Bar license in good standing within the state of practice | multi licensed or able to get multi licensed • Must be able to present settlement figures during the interview process • Flexibility in handling a high caseload is preferred Benefits: • 401K eligibility after 90 days • Medical, dental, and vision coverage available after 90 days • PTO: 10 days in the first year, increasing to 17 days after four years • 7 paid holidays with a floating holiday for smaller holidays If you are a Pre-Litigation Attorney looking to take the next step in your career, apply now! #LI-BM1 Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
