This is a remote position with the opportunity to originate loans across Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina. Responsibilities • Build relationships with real estate investors, developers, and builders • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals • Convert inbound leads into closed loans • Manage your loan pipeline using CRM tools • Work closely with processing and underwriting teams to close deals quickly • Maintain strong follow-up with repeat borrowers and referral partners Qualifications • Proven sales experience (mortgage or real estate lending preferred) • Strong communication and phone skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment • Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment • Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and pipeline activity • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus • No NMLS license required About Capital Fund 1 Capital Fund 1 is a leading private lender specializing in real estate investment financing, including DSCR loans, fix & flip loans, bridge loans, and construction financing.
