Job Description:
• Support monthly forecasting and reporting, including variance analysis that helps explain what drove performance.
• Assist with month-end close tasks, helping ensure numbers are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
• Dig into financial data to help clean, organize, and validate information that powers core reporting and analysis.
• Build and update financial models or dashboards used by the team and business leaders to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with teams across the business (Ops, Marketing, Accounting, etc.) to gather inputs, spot inconsistencies, and improve how data flows between systems.
• Identify process improvements and share ideas that make financial workflows faster, clearer, or more automated.
• Contribute to budgeting and planning cycles.
• Run ad-hoc analysis to answer real business questions—everything from cost trends to margin insights to project-level performance.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in understanding how finance drives real business decisions.
• Comfortable working with numbers and data in Excel.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and not afraid to ask questions or dig deeper to understand the “why.”
• Able to work both independently and in a team setting, with good communication skills.
• Organized and reliable—you can manage multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines.
• Excited to learn financial modeling, reporting, and how an FP&A team operates inside a growing company.
• No prior finance experience required—just a great attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
