As a seasoned Data Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategy, designing and implementing scalable data solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. **Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced Data Architect to join our team, responsible for developing and maintaining a robust data architecture framework that supports arenaflex's business objectives. As a key member of our data team, you'll work closely with stakeholders to understand enterprise information needs, design and implement data solutions, and drive data-driven decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain a comprehensive data architecture framework, including data models, data dictionaries, and technical metadata * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand enterprise information needs and develop data solutions that meet business objectives * Design and implement data integration architectures, data warehouses, and business intelligence solutions * Develop and maintain enterprise taxonomies and namespaces * Define and maintain meta-facts architecture and ensure data consistency across systems * Conceptualize and develop data architectural frameworks for large, complex data systems * Study and translate commercial enterprise, applications, information, facts, reporting, and analytical necessities into architectural blueprints * Leverage data and knowledge to ensure optimal structure design from a technical performance, scalability, and operational value perspective * Monitor and evaluate trends in the data market to determine if they can enhance the performance of internal systems and/or hardware * Design and implement technical requirements for deployed data systems to ensure their effective renovation and solid management * Plan large enhancements or structure improvements to enhance performance and function as the task manager for large improvements * Collaborate with Data Engineers on data model, its renovation, and optimization, as well as end-to-end data-driven integration strategy * Participate in developing the Destiny Nation data architecture requirements, guidelines, and principles * Optimize performance of queries and ELT/ETL procedures, enhance batch processes by optimizing for more contemporary, near real-time capabilities * Build high-quality data pipelines driving analytic answers * Drive data platform architectural choices and improvement requirements **About arenaflex:** arenaflex is a leading healthcare, pharmacy, and retail company with a 170-year history of serving communities.
