**Job Summary**
As a Virtual Benefits Consultant & Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for meeting with clients who have signed up to receive supplemental benefits. Your role will involve consulting with the family, explaining the options available, and helping them select the best plan to fit their family's needs. You'll be a key point of contact for our clients, providing attentive customer service, administrative support, and sales expertise to ensure their needs are met.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Outreach & Engagement**: Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and schedule Zoom meetings to discuss their options.
- **Benefits Customization & Planning**: Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring they receive the best possible coverage.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to meet their evolving needs.
- **Benefit Reviews & Claims**: Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, and assist with any necessary claims or adjustments to ensure seamless service.
- **Customer Service & Administrative Support**: Provide attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs, resolving any questions or concerns they may have.
- **Documentation & Updates**: Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule to maintain compliance and efficiency.
**Essential Qualifications**
