**Position Summary**
We're currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about providing top-notch service to our valued customers. As a CSR at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for answering incoming calls, assisting customers with inquiries and service requests, and coordinating with field technicians to ensure timely service and efficient job flow.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and scheduling appointments
• Provide accurate information regarding plumbing services, pricing, and technician availability
• Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely service and efficient job flow
• Maintain detailed and organized customer records in our system
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
• Uphold arenaflex's reputation for outstanding service with every interaction
**Requirements**
• Previous customer service experience (plumbing or service industry preferred but not required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and standard office technology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be available to work the required Tuesday–Saturday 11am–8pm schedule
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
**Essential Qualifications**
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
**Preferred Qualifications**
• Previous experience in the plumbing or service industry
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) or proficiency in another language
• Experience with scheduling software and CRM systems
• Certification in customer service or a related field
