Koniag Professional Services, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Temporary Data Entry Specialist to support KPS and our government customer. This position is remote. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: • Temporary Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately inputting and managing patient and administrative information within electronic systems. • Maintaining the integrity of medical records and other documentation that supports clinical and operational workflows. • Enter and update data into internal databases, spreadsheets and content management systems Review data for accuracy, completeness and consistency, managing corrections as needed. • Maintain organized digital records and ensure data is stored securely and in compliance with HIPAA, KGS and agency guidance. • Key duties involve transcribing data from various sources, verifying its accuracy, correcting errors, managing digital records, and sometimes generating reports, requiring strong attention to detail, fast typing, and organizational skills. • Enters patient information into the computer system in an accurate and timely manner. • Prepares various reports as requested by management, Communicates effectively with team and vendors. Skills And Qualifications Needed • High School diploma or GED • Maintain confidentiality regarding medical information • Excellent organizational skills • Strong verbal, written and typing skills • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel) • Ability to work in a high-paced, high-volume data entry environment Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy The company is an equal opportunity employer.
