Title: Systems Migration & Integration Contractor Duration: Contract Department: Technology Solutions Overview We are seeking an experienced Systems Migration & Integration Contractor to support our organization in transitioning from the Tango platform to Cora. This role will be responsible for vetting system capabilities, defining functional and technical requirements, performing data and workflow mapping, and ensuring successful integration to both our loyalty redemption platform and internal financial systems through modern APIs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise systems transitions, API assessment, data migration, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Platform Migration & Analysis • Evaluate current Tango workflows, configurations, data structures, and integrations. • Assess Cora s capabilities, workflows, data schema, and configuration options. • Perform current-state to future-state mapping, identifying gaps, risks, and required redesigns. • Document business requirements, technical requirements, and migration considerations. API Review & Integration Support • Assess the new Cora APIs to ensure they meet integration needs for: • Loyalty redemption platform (transaction validation, redemptions, entitlements, reporting). • Internal financial systems (GL posting, transaction reconciliation, approvals). • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to validate Cora s API documentation, authentication models, data models, and event-handling mechanisms. • Identify any limitations, required enhancements, or custom development required within Cora or downstream systems. • Partner with vendors and internal developers to ensure integration specifications are understood, feasible, and properly implemented. Data Migration & Quality • Review source data from Tango and map it to Cora s data model. • Identify data quality issues, transformation requirements, and cleansing efforts. • Support creation of migration scripts, test plans, and validation processes. • Assist in executing and validating mock migrations. Testing & Validation • Support endtoend testing for platform configuration, migrated data, and all integrations. Project & Vendor Collaboration • Work closely with internal IT, Operations, and vendor teams. • Challenge vendor assumptions when necessary and ensure deliverables meet business needs. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in enterprise system implementation, migration, or integration roles. • Strong background evaluating and working with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns. • Experience integrating systems with financial ERP platforms and/or loyalty/consumer transaction systems. • Solid understanding of data modeling, mapping, cleansing, and migration processes. • Demonstrated ability to document requirements, process flows, and technical specifications. • Excellent communication skills able to convey complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong problemsolving, analytical thinking, and vendor management capability. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Tango, Cora, or similar platforms. • Background supporting loyalty systems, customer engagement platforms, or rewards/redemption processes. • Knowledge of financial systems integrations (GL, accounting, reconciliation). • Experience working in environments with both technical development teams and business stakeholders.
