[Remote] Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant

They are seeking a high-energy Oracle Fusion Functional Lead to deliver end-to-end solutions in Supply Chain Management and Oracle Service Logistics, focusing on translating business requirements into effective Oracle Cloud configurations. Responsibilities • Lead requirement workshops; document future-state processes, gaps, and fit-to-standard decisions • Design and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions across Oracle Service Logistics, Oracle Quality, Oracle Maintenance and Installed Base Assets with Asset Management • Drive end-to-end solution validation: functional test strategy, SIT/UAT support, defect triage, and resolution coordination • Own functional design artifacts (process flows, configuration workbooks, test scripts, training content) and support knowledge transfer • Partner with technical teams on integrations and conversions (FBDI/ADFdi, REST/SOAP APIs, file-based interfaces); define data mappings and reconciliation approach • Support cutover planning and go-live hyper care; manage priority incidents and provide clear status updates to business stakeholders • Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders; present solution options, trade-offs, and best-practice recommendations Skills • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Design, Testing, Data Conversion and migration, Super user training, Quarterly patch updates and Product support experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM (Service Logistics, Asset Maintenance, Quality and Installed Base) • Proven delivery experience covering the above modules in Oracle Fusion • Proven ability in Oracle Service Logistics (Depot Repair) - Integrated Workflows, Depot Repair Workbench, Logistics and Tracking, Financial Integration, Asset Management, Service Request Creation, Estimation and Approval, Repair Execution and Return Logistics • Expertise in Asset management of Smart Operations, Maintenance planning and execution, Maintenance cost management, Parts inventory management, Project-specific maintenance and Service logistics and depot repair for asset-based service • Experience in Oracle Quality - Design for quality, perform inspections & manage issues • Other SCM modules like Inventory, OM etc are a plus • Led 2+ full cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Fusion from project initiation to go live • Hands on, end to end process expertise in medical devices, life sciences and healthcare industries • Proven ability to lead projects using Agile/Waterfall methodologies and manage client relationships • Strong functional troubleshooting skills and ability to translate issues into actionable configuration or technical fixes • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred • Oracle Fusion Cloud Certifications in SCM, PLM and/or Service Logistics Benefits • Competitive pay • Health Insurance • Holidays • Paid Time off • 401K Company Overview • At Maini Consulting, we recognize the dynamic nature of the business world and the need for smart, cloud-based solutions to navigate its complexities.
