This position is designated as part-time and evening shift. **The work schedule will include at least 48** **hours per 2-week pay period** and may include additional work hours, based on business needs. This position is initially eligible for partial employer contribution towards health and dental insurance benefits. • *Minimum Qualifications** _Please ensure that your resume/application clearly describes your experience in the areas listed below, and indicates the beginning and ending month and year for each job held._ • *Knowledge of:** + Different types of flooring/floor covering sufficient to determine proper methods of maintenance and appropriate cleaning methods, materials, agents and equipment + Chemical cleaning agents such as ammonia, bleaches, scouring agents and soaps sufficient to appropriately select the agent(s), handle and apply, and dispose of safely + Methods, tools, and equipment used in maintenance sufficient to operate and use them effectively and make minor repairs • *Ability to:** + Use hand tools and handle fairly light materials manually + Perform work functions using ladders and scaffolding + Perform laundry functions + Function in adverse weather conditions + Perform assigned tasks with limited work direction + Make minor mechanical repairs to maintenance equipment + Operate simple maintenance equipment + Follow instructions, read and understand operational manuals, and keep simple records • *Additional Requirements** + A Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) background check may be conducted on the top finalist(s) for the position.
