Senior Manager, Primary Care Operations

Job Description: • Owns the operational agenda, including: Tracking performance across teams • Implementing solutions for improvement • Identifying data integration and development needs • Problem solving and solutioning of efficiency opportunities • Develops and monitors KPIs to ensure high-quality, compliant operations • Partners with the Primary Care Medical Director and multiple cross-functional teams to drive execution • Supports the processes of continuous improvement and standardization of the clinical workflow Requirements: • 5+ years leading provider or population health operations, ideally in primary care • Demonstrated ability to launch, scale, or optimize clinical programs • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights • Experience partnering effectively with clinicians, analysts, engineers, product teams, and vendor networks • Comfortable building processes, prototypes, or frameworks from scratch • Track record of identifying operational inefficiencies, developing solutions, and delivering measurable improvements • Exceptional ability to communicate clearly to both clinicians and executive leadership Benefits: • Employer sponsored health, dental and vision plan with low or no premium • Generous paid time off • $100 monthly mobile or internet stipend • Stock options for all employees • Bonus eligibility for all roles excluding Director and above; Commission eligibility for Sales roles • Parental leave program • 401K program • And more....
