In-person court appearances in Seattle required. Billables are 1920 minimum. At 2000, you receive a 10k bonus. Each additional 100 hours is $7,500. So for example, at 2300 hours, you would earn a 34k bonus. • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court. • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. • Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary. • Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials Required: · WA bar · Recent insurance defense experience · Must live in or near Seattle (for Seattle court appearances) You should know some of the following: · General, Premises Liability · Auto, Personal Injury · Construction Defect · Products Liability, Toxic Torts · Medical Malpractice · Insurance Coverage · Lemon Law, Class Action, Employment Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
