Charter Sales Manager, Central and Eastern Time Zones
Job Description:
• Oversee the hiring, training, and daily management of our Sales Team
• Lead the teams to exceed revenue goals through ad-hoc charter sales
• Identify and close on strategic partnerships within the 135 industry
• Coach and develop charter sales executives for continued professional growth
• Collaborate with executive team, operational teams, and marketing on growing revenue channels
• Assist Marketing team with ensuring marketing support materials are relevant and correct
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry/marketing events
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of luxury charter sales and/or revenue management experience
• 3 years in a leadership capacity at a Part 135 charter operator
• Familiar with Avinode, FL3XX or similar flight management software
• Top-notch negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must work well under pressure and be able to multitask
