Job Title: Senior Estimator / Preconstruction Manager (100% Remote) Location: Tampa, FL Job Type: 100% Remote Company Description We are a unique division 08 consulting and supply firm focused exclusively on the hospitality industry. We work with architects, ownership groups, and general contractors. We are based out of Tampa, FL but have employees across the country and every position is remote. We are extremely aggressive and have doubled our sales each year over the last 3 years. We have recently implemented Comsense software. We have a fun family work environment. Role Description This is a full-time, remote position for a Senior Estimator / Preconstruction Manager specializing in Division 08. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, managing preconstruction activities, and collaborating with project team. Responsibilities include analyzing project requirements, reviewing blueprints, preparing take-offs, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. The individual will also ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets while identifying value-engineering opportunities to optimize project outcomes. Qualifications • Comprehensive knowledge in cost estimation, budget preparation, and preconstruction planning • Strong understanding of Division 08 specifications, materials, and construction processes • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and project documents • Experience with Comsense software for project estimating and management • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with the team • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail necessary for accurate estimates • Minimum 5 years experience in he division 08 industry.
