We’re looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Mortgage Loan Processor to help us deliver outstanding service to our team and clients. Key Responsibilities Review loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with agency and investor guidelines. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members Provide exceptional service across multiple time zones, with flexibility to work beyond standard PST/CST/EST business hours as needed Analyze borrower documentation to verify qualification and eligibility. Obtain and review accurate AUS findings (DU & LP). Prioritize workflow effectively to meet deadlines and closing timelines. Ensure compliance with Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, and VA lending requirements. Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other operations team members to resolve processing issues. Deliver exceptional customer service to borrowers and partners. Monitor files, prepare conditions, and troubleshoot to keep loans moving forward. Qualifications 3-5 years of recent mortgage processing experience with Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, and USDA loans. Deep knowledge of loan structuring, underwriting guidelines, and investor requirements. Experience handling complex loan scenarios, self-employed borrowers, and non-QM loans. Experience with Encompass LOS (highly preferred). Proficiency in regulatory compliance and agency guidelines. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, software updates, and evolving digital mortgage trends.
