Job Title: Aladdin PMO - Program Management Consultant Location: Remote - first week onsite Duration: 9 months Job Description: • Manage end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams, including design, implementation, testing, and go-live phases. • Oversee cross-functional initiatives across Front Office, Trading, Post-Trade Operations, and Accounting to ensure alignment of systems, processes, and controls throughout the trade lifecycle. • Lead Aladdin-focused enhancements, workflow optimization efforts, and operational efficiency initiatives, ensuring changes account for IBOR/ABOR and trade lifecycle control impacts. • Facilitate clear and structured communication, translating complex technical or operational topics into actionable plans, timelines, and stakeholder updates. • Build and maintain governance frameworks, including dashboards, risk logs, issue summaries, and program status reporting for senior leadership. Requirements: • 7+ years of Program or Project Management experience, preferably within asset management, trading operations, or financial services. • Hands-on experience with Aladdin implementations, enhancements, or workflow redesigns across Front, Middle, or Back Office functions. • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with proficiency in Excel and SQL for metrics validation, impact quantification, and business case development. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management abilities, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities. • Proven ability to drive structured issue resolution, root cause analysis, and long-term control/process improvements. The expected pay range for this role is $80 - 110/hour but exact rates will vary depending on candidate location and experience.
