[Remote] People Operations Specialist with Recruitment Support (remote in Poznań)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Profitroom is a global leader in hospitality software, seeking a proactive People Operations Specialist to join their People team. The role involves managing HR administration tasks and supporting recruitment activities, with a focus on improving processes and enhancing candidate experiences. Responsibilities • Coordinate admin-related topics with internal stakeholders - to clarify processes, gather some data, correct errors • Maintain data integrity within the HR system by performing regular audits to ensure employee files and personal data are 100% accurate (e.g. days off balance, correct job titles etc.) • Support payroll-related workflows by preparing and verifying data inputs for external partners (e.g., calculate bonuses, report salary changes etc.) • Drive process improvements by identifying administrative bottlenecks and updating the Employee Handbook to reduce repetitive queries • Take ownership of selected hiring activities when needed • Proactively source candidates using various tools and channels • Support hiring managers and recruiters with talent pipelines • Help ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience Skills • At least 2 years of experience in People / HR-related roles (e.g. HR generalist, People Specialist, Recruiter) • Hands-on experience in recruitment or hiring support (including sourcing) • Interest in proactive sourcing - supported by hands-on experience or a proactive mindset focused on learning, testing approaches and finding solutions independently • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-changing environment • Hands-on experience & strong interest in using AI and modern tools to improve People Operations and recruitment processes • Strong can-do attitude with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset • High level of ownership and independence - ability to take responsibility for tasks end to end and drive initiatives forward • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Polish & English at min C1 level Benefits • Contract Enhancements: earn between 7 700 and 11 000 PLN on a B2B contract or between 6 400 to 9 200 PLN gross under the Contract of Employment. • Enjoy Work-Life Balance: Embrace a fully remote and flexible work environment. • Explore the World: Avail annual 'Work with Us, Travel with Us' vouchers. • Grow Your Skills: Access to English language classes along with a dedicated team development fund. • Stay Healthy: Benefit from co-financed life and medical insurance, access sports facilities and receive professional mental health support whenever needed. • Take Time Off: Get 26 days off with a Contract of Employment and 24 days off break with B2B contracts. • Share hospitality: Take 2 extra days off (annually) for CSR activities. • Join Celebrations: Participate in company retreats, events, and wedding & baby packs, benefit from our employee referral program. • Transparent Culture: Experience a flat hierarchy and open communication channels for transparency.
