Responsibilities: • Design and implement security solutions for IBM Z mainframe systems using the IBM Z Secure Suite. • Assess current security measures and recommend improvements. • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures aligned with banking industry standards. • Collaborate with various teams to integrate security solutions effectively. • Conduct security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior security professionals. • Stay updated on emerging security threats, trends, and technologies. Requirements: • Proven track record (10-20 years) in mainframe security architecture, specifically with the IBM Z Secure Suite. • Deep understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, and authorization standards. • Experience implementing security solutions in the banking or financial services sector. • Design and implement security solutions for IBM mainframe systems utilizing RACF security and using the IBM Z Secure Suite. • Utilizing SailPoint for identity management and role based access control (RBAC) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. • Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, or IBM Certified System Programmer (Z/OS Security Server).
