Instructor Needed – SOLIDWORKS Series Training (Fundamentals, PDM, Intermediate/Advanced)
Project overview We’re looking for an experienced subject matter expert (SME) instructor to deliver a series of SOLIDWORKS training courses covering Fundamentals, SOLIDWORKS PDM, and Intermediate/Advanced topics. The instructor must be capable of teaching all three courses with strong delivery skills, clear explanations, and practical, real-world examples. The training should be instructor-led, hands-on, and adaptable to participants with varying levels of prior SOLIDWORKS experience. Target audience Engineers and designers using SOLIDWORKS in professional environments Technical professionals responsible for CAD modeling, assemblies, and data management Training objectives By the end of the training series, participants should be able to: Use SOLIDWORKS effectively for part modeling, assemblies, and drawings Apply best practices for parametric modeling and design intent Manage files, revisions, and workflows using SOLIDWORKS PDM Work confidently with intermediate and advanced SOLIDWORKS features Troubleshoot modeling issues and improve design efficiency Apply SOLIDWORKS tools to real-world engineering and design scenarios Trainer responsibilities Deliver live, instructor-led SOLIDWORKS training with hands-on exercises Teach Fundamentals, PDM, and Intermediate/Advanced SOLIDWORKS topics Adapt instruction to different skill levels and learning paces Provide practical demonstrations and real-world examples Answer detailed technical questions and troubleshoot participant issues Share training materials (slides or notes) used during the course Provide a short post-training summary with key takeaways and recommendations Required expertise Proven experience using SOLIDWORKS in professional or engineering environments Strong knowledge of SOLIDWORKS Fundamentals, PDM, and Intermediate/Advanced features Previous experience delivering technical or corporate training Ability to clearly explain complex concepts to technical audiences Comfortable delivering training both remotely and onsite Nice to have Experience training mixed-skill or cross-functional engineering teams Background in manufacturing, product design, or mechanical engineering Experience supporting enterprise or professional CAD environments Engagement details Duration: Multiple instructor-led sessions (schedule to be confirmed) Delivery: remote live or onsite (as required) Training style: interactive, hands-on, focused on practical engineering workflows To apply, please include Brief summary of your SOLIDWORKS training and professional experience Examples of similar SOLIDWORKS courses you have delivered Your experience with SOLIDWORKS PDM and advanced topics Your availability for delivery in the coming weeks Apply tot his job
