A contract position is available for a Social Worker specializing in telehealth services within a school setting in Grand Rapids, MI.
Responsibilities include:
• Delivering social work services through telehealth platforms to support students' mental health and well-being.
• Collaborating with educational staff to develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Assessing student needs and providing counseling or referrals as appropriate.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation of all cases and interactions.
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive support for students.
Desired qualifications:
• Licensed Social Worker credential.
• Experience providing telehealth services, preferably within educational environments.
• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school personnel.
• Ability to work independently and manage caseloads remotely.
