Board Leadership Opportunity for a Veterinarian
The Humane Society of Greater Miami is seeking a retired or semi-retired veterinarian to join our Board of Directors in a volunteer leadership role.
This is a unique opportunity to continue making an impact in animal welfare by helping guide one of South Florida’s leading animal welfare organizations. Each year, the Humane Society of Greater Miami helps thousands of homeless pets through adoption, medical care, and community programs.
Veterinary insight is especially valuable as the organization continues to expand its shelter medicine, spay/neuter services, and community outreach initiatives.
Our Board of Directors provides strategic guidance and governance, and meets monthly, with additional committee participation encouraged. We are looking for someone who is passionate about advancing animal welfare and supporting the mission of the Humane Society of Greater Miami.
