Representative 2, IT Support - Helpdesk
Comcast Advertising is seeking a Representative 2, IT Support - Helpdesk to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for internal users and will be responsible for resolving technical issues, escalating tickets to second-level support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for developing and improving documentation, performing trend analysis, and training new hires.
Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Certifications in IT support or related field (optional)
