[Remote] Talent HCM Associate
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RemoteHunter is connecting candidates with a healthcare technology organization focused on reducing healthcare costs through innovation. The Talent HCM Associate will support the Oracle Fusion HCM program by managing documentation, tracking project tasks, and assisting with user testing and training activities.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including cross-functional check-ins and milestone reviews
- Manage calendars, logistics, and documentation to ensure smooth project execution
- Assist with data collection, preparation, and validation for system implementation
- Support user acceptance testing by tracking results, logging issues, and monitoring resolutions
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, demos, and working sessions
- Maintain project intake logs, issue trackers, action items, and stakeholder lists
- Assist in drafting training materials, user guides, and process documentation
- Participate in feedback and continuous improvement sessions
- Collaborate and communicate across departments and project teams
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Handle responsibilities related to exposure to PHI and sensitive data classified as High-Risk
- Perform other duties as assigned, adapting to project needs
Skills
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Talent, operations, or systems support; HCM implementation experience preferred
- Interest in Talent technology and enterprise systems
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data discreetly
- HCM implementation experience
- Experience creating technical documentation and SOPs
- Project management experience, including timeline and milestone management
- Bachelor's degree
