What You'll Do

As a vital member of our London Heathrow customer services team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that every passenger's journey is smooth, comfortable, and memorable. Your responsibilities will span multiple touchpoints throughout the airport experience, and you'll be prepared to step into various roles as needed to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Offer consistently outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience at every contact point throughout the passenger journey.
  • Multi-Functional Airport Operations: Carry out a wide range of airport-related duties and be prepared to support daily operations in any required area, including check-in, gates, transfers, arrivals, baggage services, and ticketing (ATOC).
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with and take direction from team leaders responsible for flight operations, work areas, and shifts to ensure coordinated and efficient service delivery.
  • Administrative Excellence: Conduct relevant administrative responsibilities including ATOC documentation, pre-flight checks, and post-flight departure procedures.
  • Professional Representation: Represent arenaflex by adhering to uniform standards and maintaining a customer-focused approach at all times, embodying our brand values in every interaction.
  • Sales and Promotion: Promote and sell arenaflex services and products to our customers, driving revenue while enhancing the passenger experience.
  • Training Compliance: Attend and complete all mandatory training within given deadlines, ensuring you remain current with all operational procedures and safety protocols.
  • Safety First: Adhere to and promote safe working practices at all times, prioritizing the wellbeing of passengers, colleagues, and yourself.
  • Additional Duties: Carry out any other reasonable duties consistent with the post, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team in achieving operational excellence.

  • Policy Compliance: Be compliant with all arenaflex policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to a high standard, essential for interacting with passengers and colleagues.
  • Security Clearance: Be in possession of a valid BAA airside pass, demonstrating your ability to access secure airport areas.
  • Security Training: Hold current GSAT (Ground Security Awareness Training) certification.
  • Driving License: Be in possession of a valid DVLA driving license, with the willingness to apply for a BAA driving license as and when required.
  • Jet Bridge Certification: The willingness and ability to train and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as required for the role.
  • Training Commitment: The willingness and ability to successfully complete all relevant training programs to the required standard.

Desired Qualifications

  • Technical Proficiency: Computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication platforms.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in aviation, hospitality, or customer service environments is advantageous but not essential – we provide comprehensive training.
