Position Overview

We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Data Entry Specialist to support our data management operations from the comfort of your home office.   • Information Transfer: Efficiently transfer information from various sources, including paper documents, PDFs, and other digital formats, into our designated database systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks to identify and rectify errors promptly, maintaining data integrity throughout the entry process.
  • Virtual Collaboration: Work closely with team members using virtual communication tools such as email, messaging platforms, and video conferencing to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Standards Adherence: Ensure data integrity by strictly adhering to established data entry standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Productivity Targets: Meet and exceed daily and weekly productivity targets while maintaining exceptional accuracy levels.

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks with a minimum typing speed that meets industry standards
  • Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before final submission

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Previous experience as a data entry specialist, data entry clerk, or similar role is required. Familiarity with data processing workflows and database management is highly valued.
  • Typing Skills: Excellent typing speed and accuracy are essential. You should be comfortable typing for extended periods while maintaining high accuracy rates (typically 50+ WPM with 98%+ accuracy).
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with database management systems is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies, duplicate entries, and errors that others might overlook.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while still being a collaborative team player.
  • Time Management: Strong ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
