As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining critical client information in our database systems. Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you will be entrusted with the following core responsibilities:
- Data Input and Database Management: Accurately enter and load client employee payroll information, personal employee data, and other required information into internal and external database systems in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure all data is entered correctly to facilitate seamless payroll processing for our clients.
- Payroll Information Processing: Process payroll-related data including employee hours, deductions, bonuses, and other compensation components with precision and attention to detail. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols at all times.
- Client Information Updates: Update and maintain client and company-level information including delivery addresses, contact details, account status, and other relevant records. Ensure all changes are accurately reflected in the system to maintain optimal account integrity.
- Tax Information Management: Input and update State Unemployment Insurance rate changes and other tax-related information to ensure the integrity of client tax calculations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks on entered data to identify and correct any errors or discrepancies. Maintain high accuracy standards to minimize rework and ensure data reliability.
- System Navigation: Efficiently navigate multiple database systems and software applications to complete required data entry tasks. Adapt to new systems and processes as needed.

Essential Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
