As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our data infrastructure, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business insights and decision making. If you're a skilled data expert with a passion for innovation and a drive to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with experts, software developers, and business leaders to define business processes and provide scientific support * Influence code to analyze complex datasets and design, build, and evaluate data transformations to address specific business issues * Construct adaptable, efficient, and automated data pipelines to support client-facing reporting * Automate TA processes to streamline business activities * Communicate verbally or in writing to business clients/leaders to share experiences and recommendations **Essential Capabilities** * Four-year degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, finance, economics, engineering, or computer science * 3+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), programming languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/numerical programming (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab, etc.) * 3+ years of experience with AI/statistical modeling data analysis tools and methods, and factors that influence their performance * Experience applying theoretical models in an applied context **Favored Capabilities** * Graduate degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, finance, economics, engineering, or computer science * Experience in a ML or data scientist role with a large technology organization **Skills and Competencies** * Strong understanding of data science concepts, including data modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis * Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Ability to design, build, and maintain data pipelines, including data warehousing and ETL processes * Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
