About This Role:
BuzzTechMedia is a digital solutions company helping businesses and professionals work more efficiently through high-quality virtual assistance and digital support services. We are seeking client-focused Customer Onboarding Consultants to join our growing sales team. You’ll serve as trusted point of contact during onboarding - setting expectations, coordinating next steps, and ensuring each client is satisfied with the value of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome new clients and guide them through the onboarding process
• Conduct virtual onboarding calls to understand client needs, goals, and workflows
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate setup and timely service
• Track onboarding progress and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
• Address questions or concerns and escalate issues when needed
• Ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing account support
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in customer onboarding, client services, or sales is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
