The situations vary widely: nonprofit certification boards, language assessments, K-12 companies, and governments (e.g., Ministry of Education outside the USA). We are looking for a Psychometrician to work on clients such as these. Key skills include quantitative analysis (CTT/IRT/equating), test design, job analysis, standard setting, and test development.
