Appointment Setter (Work From Home – Six Figure Potential) Compensation: $36,000 – $40,000 annual draw + 10% commission Location: Remote (Work From Home) with some in-person events in South Florida Why This Role? All inbound leads — no cold calling. Work from home, earn commissions, and grow into a six-figure closer role within 6–12 months. We are a leading real estate training and coaching company in South Florida. Demand for our training programs is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. The Role • High-volume: Contact 50+ inbound leads daily (plus follow-ups). • Leads come from ads, videos, or info requests — already interested. • Your job: qualify them and set strong appointments for our closers. • Must be organized, persistent, and comfortable using a CRM. • Some in-person event attendance required (South Florida). What We’re Looking For • Excellent written & verbal communication (English required; Spanish a plus). • Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or call center sales preferred. • Strong phone presence, listening skills, and ability to build rapport. • Tech-savvy, organized, and self-motivated. • Must live in South Florida and have a car, valid driver’s license, and insurance. Compensation & Growth • $36,000–$40,000 salary draw (base). • 10% commission on sales ($5,000–$50,000 ticket size). • Six-figure earning potential for top performers. • Promotion path: Closer role within 6–12 months.
