Performance-Focused Media Sales Lead (Remote, Contract-to-Hire)

SenderCircle is a performance-driven newsletter advertising network that connects high-quality independent publishers with sponsors in finance, tech, and adjacent verticals. We reach over 2 million engaged subscribers through a curated network of newsletters and drive CPC, CPL, and CPA-based campaigns for growing brands.
We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced sales partner to help us scale sponsor-side revenue. If you’ve sold digital ads, media, SaaS, or affiliate/performance deals and love the idea of building something early with real momentum, this is for you.
What You’ll Do
• Own outbound outreach to brand marketers, growth teams, agencies, and founders
• Pitch and close direct sponsorships (CPC, CPA, etc.)
• Help refine sales materials, processes, and CRM workflows
• Collaborate directly with the founder to shape GTM
• Prospect creatively (not just email blasts- real relationship building)
What You Bring
• 3 - 8 years in ad tech, affiliate, SaaS, or newsletter/media sales
• Strong understanding of performance marketing (CPC/CPA/CPL)
• Experience selling to marketers at SMBs, DTC brands, or B2B SaaS
• Resourceful, proactive, and independent
• Bonus: You’ve sold for/into newsletters or media brands before
Compensation
• Base: $2,500 – $4,500/month (depending on experience)
• Commission: 10%+ of new revenue (uncapped)
• Contract-to-hire - we'll start with a 3-month engagement with the option to convert if we’re both loving it
