[Remote] Cloud Alliance Manager, Azure

They are seeking a Cloud Alliance Manager, Azure to manage and expand their strategic partnership with Microsoft Azure, focusing on relationship management, business development, and go-to-market execution.
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with Microsoft Azure stakeholders across global partner, field, and industry teams.
• Maintain a comprehensive relationship map of Partner Development Managers, Enterprise Sales Managers, and Account Executives across multiple regions.
• Lead the development of annual and quarterly joint business plans with Microsoft Azure, aligning on solution priorities, revenue targets, and co-sell motions.
• Run joint account planning workshops to proactively create opportunities and accelerate pipeline growth.
• Maximize Microsoft Azure partner funding, incentives, and co-marketing programs to amplify ProsperOps’ go-to-market efforts.
• Champion ProsperOps’ participation in key Microsoft Azure programs, such as Azure IP Co-Sell and AI Cloud Partner Program.
• Establish and scale field co-sell engagement between Microsoft Azure and ProsperOps sales teams.
• Drive partner-sourced and influenced opportunities through account mapping, opportunity registration, and proactive alignment.
• Promote transactability through Microsoft Commercial Marketplace, including private offers and co-sell ready solutions, to accelerate deal cycles and leverage cloud consumption budgets.
• Define, document, and continuously improve partner management processes, including pipeline tracking, KPI measurement, and executive reporting.
• Use Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools and HubSpot CRM to ensure visibility, data integrity, and accurate forecasting.
• Deliver regular performance reviews and strategic updates to ProsperOps executives & Azure GTM Lead, highlighting wins, pipeline movement, and key initiatives.
• Act as ProsperOps’ internal champion for Microsoft Azure Alliances, aligning GTM teams, marketing, and customer success on joint priorities.
• Train and enable ProsperOps sellers on Microsoft Azure programs, messaging, and sales motions.
• Evangelize ProsperOps’ vision for Autonomous Cost Optimization services throughout Microsoft Azure to generate top-of-funnel awareness and sales leads.
Skills
• 6+ years of experience in alliances, partner management, or business development, with direct Microsoft Azure partnership experience.
• Existing relationships with Azure Global and U.S. alliance teams; global connections preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Azure GTM motions, partner programs, co-sell processes, and Marketplace.
• Proven ability to drive revenue, influence field sales, and exceed pipeline and quota targets through alliances.
• Experience with CRM and PRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Partner Center, Introw) and Azure Partner Portal.
• Global connections preferred.
Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.
