About the position We are seeking a skilled 3rd shift Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing towing operations. Training for our Towbook software will be provided, ensuring that the new hire is well-equipped to handle the responsibilities of the role. The Dispatcher will play a crucial role in ensuring that shipments, deliveries, and pickups are coordinated efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our operations. The work environment is professional, agile, and engaging, with a focus on growth opportunities and casual work attire. The position is full-time, with expected hours of 40 per week, and includes a night shift schedule. The Dispatcher will be expected to communicate with drivers, customers, and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and pickups, monitor fleet activities, and provide support to drivers as needed.
