California Licensed Medical Biller
A company is looking for a Medical Biller.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive, prepare, and post payments for hospital services while ensuring accuracy
• Research and resolve unclear receipts and post payments to the appropriate accounts
• Maintain logs of daily receipts and contractual postings, and process rejections and claims
Required Qualifications
• 3 years of experience in hospital payment posting
• Familiarity with payment posting, CPT, and ICD-10 coding
• Experience in filing claim appeals with insurance companies
• Ability to communicate with various insurance payers
• Responsible use of confidential information
