Job Description below:
Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies:
Organize and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Support the Product Owner:
Assist the Product Owner with the product backlog, ensuring it is clear, concise, and prioritized.
Help the Product Owner in maintaining a transparent and effective communication channel with stakeholders.
Coach the Team:
Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Mentor team members on Agile practices and principles.
Remove Impediments:
Identify and remove any obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress.
Ensure the team has all the resources and support needed to perform their tasks efficiently.
Monitor and Report:
Track the team’s progress and performance using metrics like burndown charts.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the team’s progress.
Promote Agile Practices:
Advocate for Agile methodologies within the organization.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members and stakeholders on Agile practices.
