2026 Summer Intern: Associate Billing Solutions Analyst

At a Glance • You’re a motivated rising senior student with a 3.0 GPA or higher seeking a STEM related major (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. • This is a full-time, 10-week program designed to give you real-world experience working within the telecommunications industry in your field of choice. • Internship program runs from May 27 through July 31, 2026. • In addition to the role-based projects you’ll work on, you’ll also participate in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and have access to a mentor. The Spectrum Internship Experience You’ll join one of our departments for the summer, where you’ll contribute to meaningful projects that give you insight into what it’s like to work at a leading connectivity company. What you can expect in this role As a Spectrum intern, you’ll spend the summer working alongside two teams — your respective department and your intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 27th, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects, and final presentations. Internship responsibilities may include • Building a data analytic solution between Biller Source Data (CSG, Ascendon, National ICOMS) and remote detection monitoring (RDM) working on anomaly detection • Performing queries on relevant databases and interpreting and analyzing data to support solutions • Assisting in analyzing business partner’s operations to understand opportunities for improvement Required qualifications • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree in a STEM related major (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program • Must have an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027 • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship • Analytical skills • Communication Skills - Verbal and Written • Project and time management skills • Ability to collaborate well with others: self-motivated to drive results • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access GGN100 2025-60347 2025 Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers.
